Psychiatric Nurse Educator and Doctoral Student. With a passion for psychiatry and mental health. My mission to help people understand mental wellness and bridge evidenced based research to practice. I have been working the past seven years in acute inpatient psychiatric units. Serving patients from children to older adults. I believe in patient centered trauma informed care, with a focus on creating a therapeutic alliance with patients to promote healing.
I also work to help educate pre-nursing and nursing students with free resources and educational content. My goal is to help individuals advance their nursing education.
